At 225 Rector Place in downtown Manhattan, we were the executive architect for the conversion of over a third of the building's rental units into luxury condos. As part of the transformation to condominiums, we upgraded the building’s facilities and added new elevators. Amenities now include a new lobby, new lounge, new roof sundeck and a revitalized two-story gym and pool area.
