Admeld, a rapidly growing digital ad agency, came to Montroy Andersen DeMarco with a very aggressive project schedule.  After settling on a short term solution for their explosive growth at 1 Madison Avenue: the visual centerpiece of Midtown South; we were able to adapt the existing space and bring to life Admeld’s culture and high-tech, high-touch approach. This was achieved by leaving the existing infrastructure as untouched as possible and introducing accent walls to add a soothing serenity to the office atmosphere. By strategically repeating iconic design elements throughout the space, removing walls, maximizing daylight, and thoughtfully choosing materials, we were able to meet the abbreviated project schedule and at the same time provide a workplace that celebrates interaction and communication between staff.
