Using a modular system throughout Europe for their prototypes this hotelier is making the jump across the pond a monumental one. Coming to New York City with a flagship destination is a challenging opportunity, for anyone, let alone this emerging hotel chain.

Montroy Andersen DeMarco was tapped as architect for this challenging project in the heart of Times Square.  Working in collaboration with the operator and their interior designer, the resulting design reflects the ultra clean and simple look that pays homage to its patrons through this expressive design.
