This 18,000–square-foot space for a French firm textile firm occupies two floors and has a loft aesthetic. Incorporating existing 20-foot-high ceilings and arched windows, the design includes a new showroom, creative work space, offices and a training room. There is also a mezzanine level with a lounge, pantry and conference area.
