Flexibility was a key requirement for this real estate development company’s spacious 20,000-square-foot office. Per their program requirements, we designed a skylight lobby and open work area that would allow Tarragon to add desks in case of expansion. A transparent, outsized boardroom stands as the space’s aesthetic centerpiece.
