With the ability to assist in financing, acquisitions and dispositions; we advise on product mixes and product types to maximize footprints to ensure the highest potential. As part of this process, we gather comparables, conduct site analyses -- including view corridors and zoning -- and provide net, gross and product-mix data based on an efficient use of space and systems. 

In cases of stalled projects, we can help restart the process by providing peer review in the design, production or construction phases as well as the necessary capital to revitalize the project. We also offer strategic redesign; overseeing coordination of all trades enabling the product to be brought to market.
